What if I need to change guardians later?
You can update guardian designations at any time with a simple amendment to your will. We include one minor update within 12 months of completion, and can assist with future changes as needed.
Do both parents need POA/HCP?
Yes, both parents should have their own Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy documents. This ensures either parent can make decisions if the other becomes incapacitated, and provides backup protection for your family.
How fast can we complete our plan?
After your consultation, we typically deliver drafts within 5–10 business days. The entire process from consultation to signing usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on your responsiveness to our questions.
Do we need a trust if our kids are young?
